September knitting and crochet retreat

September knitting and crochet retreat

We have had a great mix of projects during the week.

Gill who says she is a  beginner knitter (we don't believe her as she arrived wearing one of these gorgeous jumpers) was working on the Yvette jumper by Willow & Lark, a circular sweater with fairisle yoke.

Genevieve was knitting the Winter Mists Wrap by Cath Ward, a cosy wrap to see her through the Canadian Winters and some knitted knockers. These wonderful, soft knitted prosthetics for breast cancer survivors are a really worthwhile project if you are interested in doing some knitting for charity the patterns are available from the Knitted Knockers websites here Canada, UK.
