September 2019 knitting retreat - yarn dyeing workshop
We are having a lovely week with my regular group of guests who have been coming to knitting holidays in France every year since I first started. They all arrived on the same flight on Saturday morning so we were back here sitting in the garden by lunch time. We have a full house at the Barn and our Norwegians, Toril, Astrid and Unn are staying at Toril's holiday home just 5 minutes away.
Sunday was wet and windy so we had a day of knitting and crochet and lots of chat and laughter. On Monday Toril held a dyeing workshop at her house, messy for some and lots of fun! With some great results. They also provided us with a lovely lunch in her barn.
