A taste of tartan - days 5 and 6
Thursday morning was a little fraught for some! Wendy, Heather and Carol had to do their return Covid tests on-line. It should have been easy, but instead of being able to email the result and photo as instructed they had to upload them to the website, which was having a few technical difficulties. The relief when they finally succeeded and quickly received the negative results meant we could all breathe again.
After lunch we went to Cognac for the afternoon, starting at My Little Mailles for yarn shopping
Then a wander down the main street for more shopping
The latest issue of Marie Claire idees for me
A few photos of the amazing doorway to the church, a bit of fairisle and cable inspiration there I think!
Then on to the square for iced coffees and a bit of knitting
On Friday everyone finished off their projects ready for the show and tell.
It was a lovely warm sunny evening so we laid out the projects on the table by the swimming pool for everyone to see. With G&T's and Culli's home made cheese straws it was the perfect end to a lovely week.
